Transcendental Meditation

Transcendental Meditation (TM) is a simple, natural meditation technique practiced for about 20 minutes twice a day while sitting comfortably with eyes closed. It involves the effortless use of a personal mantra, allowing the mind to settle inward beyond thought to a state of deep inner calm and alertness.
Unlike concentration or mindfulness techniques, TM does not require controlling the mind or focusing on breath. Instead, it promotes restful awareness, helping reduce stress, improve mental clarity, enhance emotional balance, and support overall well-being. TM has been practiced worldwide for decades and is taught in a structured way by certified teachers to ensure correct and effective practice.

Yoga

Yoga at our school is offered as a holistic, guided service designed to support balance of body, mind, and inner awareness in today’s fast-paced world. Rooted in authentic yogic traditions and adapted for modern lifestyles, our programs go beyond physical postures to create a complete system of well-being.
Our yoga services include asanas (postures) for strength, flexibility, and posture correction; pranayama (breathing techniques) to regulate energy and calm the nervous system; and relaxation and meditative practices to reduce stress and improve mental clarity. At our yoga school, stress relief is offered as a dedicated wellness service designed to help individuals release tension, restore inner calm, and regain emotional balance. Our stress-relief sessions combine gentle yoga postures, guided breathing techniques (pranayama), deep relaxation, and meditative practices that work together to quiet the mind and reduce physical and mental fatigue.
